Job summary

Anza Management is seeking a full-time Assistant Community Manager to support operations across a 50+ unit property. You will assist the Community Manager in promoting a quality living experience, coordinating leasing, marketing and resident relations, and ensuring ROI for owners.

You may need to step in during the manager's absence, handle administrative tasks, and maintain attention to detail. Parking, benefits, and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience as an assistant community manager (50+ units).
• Familiarity with Tax Credit.
• Days/Hours vary; Mon–Fri; weekends off.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Background/Physical/ Drug Screen

Responsibilities

• Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service.
• Good computer skills (property management software -- Yardi (Preferred), Excel, Word).
• Experience with all financial-related issues -- expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc.
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.
