Inspire Communities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our team and help maintain vibrant manufactured housing communities. You will serve as the go-to person for residents, manage office tasks, and support the Community Manager in resolving concerns and upholding community standards.

The role offers opportunities to plan engaging events and contribute to a welcoming environment for families and seasonal guests, with a focus on service excellence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Valid driver’s license for business-related travel.
• Prior data entry experience is a bonus, but a willingness to learn is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly and knowledgeable go-to person for residents and guests, handling inquiries with care and professionalism.
• Keep the office running smoothly by organizing documents, maintaining records, and ensuring supplies are stocked.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager to resolve resident concerns and uphold community standards.
• Plan and support community events that foster engagement and bring residents together.
