Arlington Properties is hiring for an Assistant Community Manager at the Waterford Crossing community in Cane Ridge, TN. You will assist with leasing, operations and supervision, and assume full responsibility in the manager's absence while processing resident documentation and rent payments.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Experience in assistant community role strongly preferred.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or property management is desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and customer service best practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work weekends when needed.
• Licensed to drive and insured.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations and supervision.
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager's absence.
• Process rent payments, invoices and resident documentation.
• Assist with resident retention and event planning.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Monitor property condition and recommend improvements.
• Serve as a role model and uphold high operational standards.
