Job summary

SG Communities in Lansing, KS is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support day-to-day operations and help ensure a place residents are proud to call home. You will work with the Community Manager to implement policies, oversee maintenance, and drive resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership development, organization, and strong communication as you manage maintenance tasks and report to leadership.

Qualifications

Must be organized and personable, with a drive to take on more responsibility.
Ability to manage maintenance staff and address issues promptly and professionally.
Focus on resident satisfaction and effective escalation to leadership when needed.

Responsibilities

Represent the company in a positive manner to clients, residents, partners, and employees.
Sell new homes or refurbished homes within 90 days where applicable.
Help manage assigned maintenance staff and ensure issues are addressed promptly.
Manage delinquencies to a goal of 5% or lower.
Regularly inspect the community to maintain high standards of care and cleanliness.
Report to the Community or District Manager as required.
Complete documentation in Saratoga Group software platforms, including Google Apps, Asana, and Rent Manager.
