The candidate should have HUD & Tax Credit property management experience, leadership ability, strong marketing and closing skills, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• HUD & Tax Credit property management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company).
