Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily housing.
• At least 1 year of experience with LIHTC or affordable housing programs.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an Assistant Community Manager or related role.
• Experience with RealPage property management software preferred.
• Strong organizational, financial, and operational skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the property with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Assist with compliance related to LIHTC and tax credit programs.
• Help monitor occupancy, rent collection, and budgeting adherence.
• Support supervision and development of on-site team members.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to resolve work orders.
• Assist with community engagement and maintain resident relationships.
• Represent LSA's mission, values, and standards in interactions.
