Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a helping profession required.
• Master of Social Work (MSW) preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supportive services, case management, social work, community outreach, or related roles—preferably in affordable housing, property management, or nonprofit settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support on-site service providers, ensuring resources are available and duplication of services is avoided; lead a monthly provider network meeting.
• Conduct outreach to external agencies to bring relevant services on-site for residents and community.
• Outreach on the property to build positive relationships with residents and identify community needs.
• Serve as the primary liaison to the Resident Council, fostering productive relationships and promoting community engagement.
• Provide direct resident support by connecting them with external resources to meet lease obligations, including rent delinquency assistance and recertification.
• Participate in annual unit inspections with the management team and follow up with residents on inspection outcomes.
• Champion the Hospitality Covenant by modeling respectful behavior and supporting staff and residents.
