Job summary

TREK Development Group in Pittsburgh seeks a Service Coordinator to manage on-site resident services for The Reed & Dinwiddie properties, totaling 218 units. You will partner with the Community Manager to support lease compliance, community engagement, and connections to external resources.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a helping profession and 2–3 years in supportive services, case management, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a helping profession required; Master of Social Work preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years in supportive services, case management, social work, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating resident services with external agencies and partners.
• Ability to engage diverse populations and support housing stability.
• Experience planning community events and resident leadership initiatives.
• Familiarity with lease compliance, eviction prevention, and housing regulations is desirable.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support on-site service providers to avoid duplication of services.
• Conduct outreach to external agencies to bring on-site services to residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents and identify community needs.
• Serve as liaison to the Resident Council to promote engagement.
• Connect residents with resources to meet lease obligations and address challenges.
• Participate in annual unit inspections and follow up on issues.
• Promote Hospitality Covenant and model respectful behavior.
• Follow up on referrals for lease delinquency or housing stability concerns.
• Explain lease and community guidelines to residents and facilitate communication with management.
• Plan and host community gatherings (min. 11 per year) and support resident leadership.
• Lead lease education and eviction prevention initiatives.
• Submit urgent incident follow-ups and compile monthly/annual reports.
• Attend property management meetings and maintain accurate case notes.
