Job summary

TREK Development Group, a Pittsburgh-based real estate developer, seeks a Regional Manager to own the portfolio, oversee financial performance, ensure compliance, and drive resident satisfaction across affordable properties in and around Pittsburgh.

You will lead site teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues, optimize operations, and deliver TREK’s Hospitality Covenant in daily practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive responsibility in property, hospitality, or retail management.
• 5+ years of multi-site management in affordable housing.
• Real estate license preferred (or required by state law)

Responsibilities

• Lead site teams to meet KPIs for occupancy, rent collection, compliance, maintenance, renewals, and resident satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach staff, provide accountability and performance reviews.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue across properties.
• Coordinate with compliance, facilities, training, marketing, HR, and finance departments.
• Prepare annual budgets and performance reports for leadership.
