Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Community Manager in Marshfield, MA to lead the performance of a multifamily community. You will drive financial results, oversee leasing activity, and supervise operations and maintenance teams to deliver superior resident experiences.

You will set performance standards, coach staff, manage contracts, and collaborate with service partners to optimize revenue while maintaining brand standards across the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of multi-family property management experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Manage financial aspects of operations for the assigned community to meet business goals.
• Develop, implement, monitor programs to maximize revenue and control expenses.
• Oversee pricing and occupancy strategies and assist in budgeting.
• Provide monthly forecasts, operating reports, and executive summaries.
• Review contracts within approved budget authority and ensure compliance.
• Lead capital improvements reviews with the Service Manager and others.
