Job summary

Mill Creek Residential seeks an Assistant Community Manager for Modera Scottsdale to support the Community Manager in driving performance, overseeing operations, and coaching leasing staff. This role serves as the MOD in the absence of the Community Manager and helps with scheduling and training.

Based in Scottsdale, AZ, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional resident service and maintaining accurate records, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic multifamily team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of multi-family leasing or property management experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in English; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and handle leasing processes.
• Maintain records and reports in Yardi system.
• Support Community Manager with daily operations and training staff.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with move-ins and lease renewals.
