Mill Creek Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for its Culver City, CA properties. The role supports the Community Manager, acts as MOD in their absence, and helps with scheduling, leasing, and sales process improvements.

The position emphasizes customer service, data accuracy in Yardi/Entrata, and coordination of move-ins, renewals, and resident satisfaction across a multifamily community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years multi-family leasing or property management experience or equivalent.
• Strong commitment to outstanding customer service and communication.
• Experience in retail sales or hospitality is a plus.
• Proficiency with Yardi, Entrata and revenue management software.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement performance standards for the community.
• Assist in scheduling, tasks, and providing work assignments.
• Greet prospects and determine needs; manage leasing processes.
• Enter data and generate leasing reports; maintain accurate records.
• Help with social media advertising and move-in coordination.
• Ensure office and models are in impeccable condition; act as MOD when needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies; assist with renewals and service requests.
