Acento Real Estate Partners seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations at a residential community. You will help manage resident relations, assist leasing efforts, and ensure the property runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, team-player mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of property management operations and resident services.

Responsibilities

• Resident Relations: Collect and post rent payments, assist residents with maintenance requests and concerns, and ensure follow-up is handled promptly and professionally.
• Leasing Support: Assist with apartment leasing, lease renewals, and move-in/move-out coordination. Help maintain occupancy goals through effective outreach and resident retention strategies.
• Administrative Duties: Manage resident files, waiting lists, and ensure all documentation (income, rent calculations, recertifications, inspections) is completed accurately and on time.
• Community Walks: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure curb appeal, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party service providers to ensure timely and quality work on-site.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that resident files are compliant with company policies and any applicable housing regulations. Assist with audits, reporting, and data collection.
