Acento Real Estate Partners is hiring an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations at a residential community. You will assist with leasing, resident relations, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or related field.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; excellent communication with residents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Resident relations: collect rent, assist with maintenance requests, and ensure prompt follow-up.
• Leasing support: assist with leasing, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs to maintain occupancy.
• Administrative duties: manage resident files, waiting lists, income documentation, and audits.
• Community walks: conduct regular inspections for curb appeal, safety, and cleanliness.
• Vendor coordination: manage relationships with service providers to ensure quality work on-site.
