Job summary

Arnold Grounds Apartment Management in Hobart, OK is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a multifamily community. You will handle apartment rentals, resident move-ins, and lease renewals, including completing all required administrative paperwork.

You will support the Community Manager, strive to maintain occupancy, provide excellent customer service to residents, coordinate tours, process applications, and assist with rent collection and records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the community manager in maintaining occupancy levels at the affordable living community.
• Assist with renting apartments to meet occupancy goals, including tours, waitlists, verifications, and applications.
• Prepare move-in paperwork and documentation.
• Receive and post rent payments and update resident accounts.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Maintain common areas and assist with grounds as needed.
