Fairfield Residential in Dixon, California is seeking an Assistant Community Manager – Affordable to support property operations and ensure LIHTC/HUD compliance. You will mentor leasing teams, process rents, and manage communications with residents while upholding housing laws and standards.

The role requires LIHTC knowledge, Yardi proficiency, and strong math/accounting skills. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• LIHTC experience and knowledge required.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local fair housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Accounting & Reporting: collect and post rent, process invoices, prepare monthly financial reports; bank deposits and reconciliations; use Yardi to manage property financials.
• Affordable Housing Compliance: verify income and monitor rent limits for LIHTC and HUD programs; prepare for inspections and maintain housing authority relationships.
• Customer Service & Leasing: lease apartments, respond to resident inquiries, promote satisfaction and retention.
• Team Collaboration: mentor leasing team members and support the Community Manager in daily operations.
