Schedule: Full-time; Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 6pm.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Income collection & accounts payable
  • Maintaining resident records, updating rents, deposits, and fees
  • Depositing receipts daily
  • Entering invoices and reconciling credit cards
  • Assisting with month-end procedures
  • Resident relations: fostering community, maintaining positive relations, inspecting property
  • Marketing: managing ads, leasing, resident retention, community engagement
  • Administrative tasks: reporting, filing, lease processing, service requests
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Community Manager or Regional Manager

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum two years in property management or similar
  • Experience with Yardi/CRM preferred
  • Experience with affordable housing beneficial
  • Accounts payable experience preferred
  • Driver's license and insurance may be required

Desired Competencies:

  • Detail-oriented, accurate reporting
  • Customer service skills, ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of industry terms and documents
  • Conflict resolution skills, effective communication, cultural sensitivity
  • Time management, organization, problem-solving skills
  • Professional conduct and teamwork

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, climb stairs, push/pull, reach
  • Lifting up to 25 lbs frequently, 25-40 lbs occasionally
