Assistant Community Manager - The Winthrop

Responsibilities
  1. Complete daily office and maintenance checklists and schedules.
  2. Assist with annual recertifications, leasing, and waitlist management.
  3. Ensure accurate income certifications for tax credit reporting.
  4. Prepare leases and landlord documents.
  5. Manage move-in processes, including lease signing and inspections.
  6. Assist with rent processing and tenant concerns.
  7. Maintain cleanliness of common areas and laundry rooms weekly.
Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in the industry.
  • Experience with Section 42, HUD, tax credits, or affordable housing compliance.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and RealPage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural settings and with individuals experiencing homelessness.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
