This role manages the daily operations of an assigned property, including overseeing team members, daily activities, and resources to meet financial and operational goals. Ensures compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws governing multi-family housing.
The hourly range for this position is $25.00 - $29.81 (Pleasanton). Compensation may vary based on experience, business needs, and location. Additional compensation includes potential bonuses and benefits such as:
