JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This role manages the daily operations of an assigned property, including overseeing team members, daily activities, and resources to meet financial and operational goals. Ensures compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws governing multi-family housing.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in developing budgets by analyzing financial statements, reviewing marketing data, and assessing operational reports.
  2. Meet revenue targets by setting rent rates, ensuring timely rent collection, making bank deposits, and preparing financial reports.
  3. Approve vendor invoices, manage payments, and ensure validity of certificates of insurance.
  4. Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
  5. Oversee lease enforcement, including application approval, inspections, notices, evictions, and fee collection.
  6. Analyze market trends and implement marketing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
  7. Promote resident satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and service requests, ensuring maintenance standards are met.
  8. Conduct property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance.
Compensation and Benefits

The hourly range for this position is $25.00 - $29.81 (Pleasanton). Compensation may vary based on experience, business needs, and location. Additional compensation includes potential bonuses and benefits such as:
