This role supports and assists the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the community. Responsibilities include completing accounting and bookkeeping tasks, preparing monthly financial reports, processing invoices, collecting rent and fees, completing bank deposits, account reconciliations, and utilizing property management software to record, track, and report financial activities.
The hourly rate ranges from $25.00 to $28.08 (Mountain View). Compensation may vary based on experience, business needs, and location.
Additional compensation may include bonuses based on individual and company performance, with weekly, monthly, or quarterly opportunities.
