Qualifications

Join GoldOller! We are hiring an Assistant Property Manager

Pay: $25/hr + $3,000 Retention Bonus

Location: The Isle Apartments

Role Overview

Assistant Community Managers support the Community Manager to ensure the operational and financial success of the property, focusing on resident satisfaction, leasing, marketing, and resident retention.

Responsibilities
  1. Collect rent and past due balances from residents.
  2. Process collections according to company standards.
  3. Maintain resident files with accuracy and completeness.
  4. Resolve resident complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  5. Conduct move-out inspections and deposit accounting.
  6. Manage account records, including NSF’s, rent adjustments, and credits.
  7. Assist in staff monitoring in the Community Manager’s absence.
  8. Familiarize with the local area and community amenities.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of RealPage products preferred.
  2. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  3. Understanding of Fair Housing and related laws.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  5. Minimum of one year experience in leasing or customer service, preferably in multifamily housing.
  6. Availability to work weekends.
  7. Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, and lift up to 20 lbs.
  8. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
