Job summary

Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the daily operations at Lower Hunter Trace in Louisville, KY. The role involves assisting the Community Manager with leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident inquiries on-site.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of Tax Credit experience, solid MS Word/Excel skills, and familiarity with Yardi; HUD experience is a plus. Medical and retirement benefits are provided along with paid time off.

• Ability to collect rent and handle delinquent accounts.

Responsibilities

Currently, Envolve is searching for an Assistant Community to work at Lower Hunter Trace in Louisville, KY.

Description: This position is responsible for assisting the Community Manager in the daily aspects of on-site management and operations for the community at which they are employed. The assistant will also assist the Community Manager and supervisors with special projects and administrative tasks.

Duties:

• Assist in directing and supervision of leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Rent collection and posting
• Actively work on collecting delinquent rent
• Process invoices
• Complete Move Out Inspections
• Assist in answering phones and tending to vendor and resident requests.

Qualifications:

• Computer knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Candidate must have a full understanding of compliance documents and deadlines.
• A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with particular attention to details needed.
• minimum of 1 - 2 years of Tax Credit
• Property Management experience preferred.
• HUD experience is a plus
