Job summary

Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Lower Hunter Trace in Louisville, KY. The role supports the Community Manager in daily on-site operations and special projects across leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Tax Credit environment, strong MS Word/Excel skills, and solid customer service. Housing experience and Yardi usage are a plus. Competitive benefits are offered.

• Computer knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Understanding of compliance documents and deadlines.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with particular attention to details.
• minimum of 1 - 2 years of Tax Credit.
• Property Management experience preferred.
• HUD experience is a plus.

Currently, Envolve is searching for an Assistant Community to work at Lower Hunter Trace in Louisville, KY.

Description: This position is responsible for assisting the Community Manager in the daily aspects of on-site management and operations for the community at which they are employed. The assistant will also assist the Community Manager and supervisors with special projects and administrative tasks.
