Role Overview

The Assistant Community Manager oversees daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. Key responsibilities include managing rent collections, staff supervision, leasing, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: handling payments, reconciling accounts, managing delinquency, and preparing financial reports.
• Personnel Management: hiring, training, coaching staff, and ensuring team effectiveness.
• Leasing & Resident Relations: showing units, lease signing, resident retention programs, and addressing resident concerns.
• Administrative Tasks: maintaining property appearance, managing service requests, and supervising operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred or relevant experience.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks including moving objects up to 25 lbs, working in various environments, and working overtime or weekends as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour. We offer comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401K, bonuses, paid sick days, and holidays.
