The Assistant Community Manager oversees daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. Key responsibilities include managing rent collections, staff supervision, leasing, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Salary range: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour. We offer comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401K, bonuses, paid sick days, and holidays.
