  • Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking for property goals.
  • Support rent collection, delinquencies, and lease renewals; maintain records.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts and tenant outreach to sustain high occupancy.
  • Work with vendors/contractors to ensure quality services and timely repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with property management policies and fair housing regulations.

JOB SUMMARY The Assistant Community Manager reports to the Community. In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing the daily operations and management of our multi-family property.
