Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily leasing or property management experience.
• Proven leasing performance with conversions to leases and renewals.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and multifamily compliance requirements.
• Entrata experience preferred.
• Strong administrative and record-keeping accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a warm, professional presence.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Director in day-to-day operation and lead when needed.
• Perform leasing tasks: follow-ups, tours, applications, leases, renewals, and move-ins.
• Monitor occupancy, traffic, and conversions to meet performance goals.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, invoices, and financial records.
• Deliver an exceptional resident experience and promote retention.
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata and Bowden Living systems.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor on make-ready activity and work orders.
• Assist with inspections and ensure office and common areas meet Bowden Living standards.
• Support, train, and mentor Leasing Consultants and coordinate schedules.
• Assume community leadership in the Community Director's absence.
