First State Bancshares, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Assistant Community Bank Manager to partner with the Community Bank Manager to lead daily operations, develop staff, and enhance customer experiences at the local banking center.

You will coach teammates, promote cross-sell, manage account openings and cash handling, and ensure operational excellence while supporting community growth through meaningful customer conversations.

Qualifications

• High school education with emphasis on business courses.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong oral & written communication skills.
• Experience in cash handling and customer service.
