First State Community Bank is seeking an Assistant Community Bank Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in our Columbia Township location. You will partner with the Community Bank Manager to drive sales, handle cash and account openings, and promote growth across all lines of business through proactive conversations with customers.
