Job summary

First State Community Bank is seeking an Assistant Community Bank Manager to support daily operations and lead a client-focused team in Festus, MO. You will coach colleagues, build relationships, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional service and accurate cash handling.

You will partner with the Community Bank Manager to promote growth, handle account openings, and ensure smooth branch performance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to procedures.
