Job summary

First State Community Bank is seeking an Assistant Community Bank Manager in Columbia, MO. The role partners with the Community Bank Manager to lead daily operations, grow the team, and drive customer-centric performance across the location and communities served.

You will coach staff, promote exceptional service, handle cash and account openings, and maintain strong customer relationships while guiding the team toward sales and growth goals. This is a full-time leadership position.

Qualifications

• High school education with emphasis on business courses.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong oral & written communication skills.
• Experience in cash handling and customer service.
