Job summary

First State Community Bank is seeking a Community Banker to deliver outstanding service, open new accounts, and help customers achieve their financial goals. You will process transactions accurately and educate customers about products that support their financial success.

You will build and nurture relationships with clients in the communities FSCB serves, representing the bank with integrity while thriving in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; teller experience desirable
• Strong math basics and accuracy
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Willing to work weekends/extended hours as needed to run the business
