Job summary

First State Bancshares, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Bank Manager to lead daily banking center operations and mentor a high-performing team in Missouri.

You will drive sales, service, and operational excellence while fostering strong customer relationships and referrals. Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in banking or cash handling, a strong service mindset, and a passion for helping customers achieve financial goals.

• Assist with account opening, cash handling, and operational oversight.
• Promote growth across all lines of business through customer conversations and referrals.
• Step into a leadership role and manage the facility in the Community Bank Manager's absence.
• Resolve customer and team concerns with professionalism, confidence, and sound judgment.
