Job summary

First State Community Bank in Missouri is seeking a Community Banker to deliver friendly, accurate service, open new accounts, and build lasting relationships with customers. You will assist customers in finding solutions that fit their needs and educate them on products to support financial success.

In this role you will represent FSCB in the communities we serve, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work to cultivate trust.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Teller/cash handling experience (desirable).
• Basic math or accounting skills.
• Computer experience.
• Exhibits customer service skills.
• Sales experience (desirable).
