Durham Academy is seeking a part-time Assistant Varsity Swim Coach for the upcoming season in Durham, NC. The role runs from early November through mid-February, with weekday practices from 4:00 to 5:30 pm and approximately one meet per week.
All practices and meets occur off-campus as the school does not have a pool. The assistant will help instruct the varsity swim team (grades 7–12, about 40 student-athletes), supervise student-athletes, and drive a mini-bus to meets.

Job Responsibilities:
Assists the instruction of our varsity swim team (grades 7-12 / approximately 40 student-athletes)
Assists with supervising student-athletes
Responsible for driving a mini-bus to all meets
Regular communication and teamwork with the other swim coaches in the program as well as the AD
Candidates should expect a regular weekday commitment at practices that typically run from 4-530 pm along with one meet a week. Since Durham Academy does not have a pool, all practices and meets are off-campus.
