Sweetgreen in Austin is hiring an Assistant Coach (Assistant General Manager) to lead a fast-paced team, drive guest experiences, and manage daily operations with data‑driven insights. You’ll mentor staff, set performance goals, and partner with the Head Coach to sustain a safe, efficient, and energetic store environment that reflects our Real Food values.

• 2+ years in restaurant management/supervisory role.
• Experience managing 6+ team members per shift.
• Food Handler or ServSafe certification required.
• Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.

• Lead the team and partner with Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences across in-store and digital channels.
