Sweetgreen is seeking an Assistant Coach to lead and develop store teams, driving operational excellence and guest experiences. You will partner with the Head Coach to set goals, mentor staff, and use data-driven insights to improve performance and communities through real food.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in restaurant management, ServSafe certification, and the ability to work at least 30 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a restaurant management/supervisory role.
• Food Handler or ServSafe certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team to achieve guest experience and operational goals.
• Hire onboarding and training with Head Coach; staff deployment during peak times.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance; address issues.
• Manage schedules and controllable costs; use Ops Dashboard insights.
