The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and proactive problem solving, with responsibilities spanning member relations, reporting, and safety compliance to keep the club running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in fitness.
• Planet Fitness experience a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer software.
• Energetic and reliable with a team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training staff for front desk and classes.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Resolve member concerns in a fair and timely manner.
• Support Club Manager with reporting and inventory tasks.
• Assist in enforcing company policies with staff and members.
• Oversee front desk operations including check-in and member assistance.
