Houston Fitness Partners is seeking an Assistant Club Manager to support a Planet Fitness location. You will assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.

Responsibilities include front desk duties, member check-ins, opening/closing, and ensuring safety, cleanliness and adherence to company policies. Ability to work 3rd shift, with benefits including insurance and PTO.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Background check required.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified prior to employment and maintain certification while employed.

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff.
• Lead by example and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members and guests.
• Resolve member concerns in a fair and equitable manner.
• Assist with staff management and provide support to Club Manager with reporting, inventory, and other duties.
• Oversee front desk tasks including answering phones, member check-in and new member sign-ups.
• Ensure opening/closing of gym follows proper protocols and maintain safety and cleanliness.
