Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail store or warehouse operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication and team development skills.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel; forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic department leadership and oversight for assigned departments.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members with coaching and development.
• Oversee labor planning and scheduling to meet budget targets.
• Drive sales, inventory control and shrink management for performance.
• Maintain safety, food safety (ServSafe) and compliance across operations.
