A luxury hotel in Chicago seeks an Assistant Club Lounge Manager to oversee the Club Lounge and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing guest services, maintaining the quality of food and beverages, and providing information about the hotel and city. Ideal candidates will have a strong customer service background and be able to lift and carry light loads.

Job Overview
Oversee the Club service for our guests and ensure a quality experience, including excellence in guest satisfaction, food quality, and service. Prepare food and beverages for the club room. Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and club areas. Provide information about the hotel and the city to guests and service their immediate needs thoroughly.

Qualifications
Education/Formal Training: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum one year of customer service experience.
Knowledge/Skills: Strong mathematical skills, knowledge of food safety, customer service skills, fluency in English, ability to read and write, and proficiency with computer systems.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift 20-40 lbs., push carts weighing up to 100 lbs., stand continuously, climb stairs, and perform multi-tasking in a noisy environment. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
