About the Role

As a Barback, your responsibilities include maintaining bar and lounge equipment, ensuring cleanliness, replenishing supplies, assisting bartenders, and supporting overall bar operations to deliver exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain bar/lounge areas for service.
• Keep the bar area neat, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assist bartenders with supplies, cleanliness, and replenishment.
• Operate glasswashers and ensure adequate glassware availability.
• Clean and mop behind the bar at shift end.

Qualifications

No formal education required. Experience in cleaning and stocking preferred. Must have good vision, hearing, speech, and literacy skills. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive movements is essential.

Physical and Environmental Demands
