Qualificações

• Active RN license (required).
• BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred.
• 2–5 years infusion or vascular access experience.
• 2+ years leadership or management experience.
• Experience in client-focused or relationship-based environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinic operations, workflow, and team execution.
• Set tone for professionalism, culture, and client care.
• Track KPIs and implement action plans for growth.
• Ensure alignment with company standards and initiatives.
• Build a relationship-driven client culture and coach clinicians on consultations and service recommendations.
• Support client retention, memberships, and long-term engagement.
• Maintain safe and compliant IV therapy administration and documentation.
• Hire, train, and develop clinic staff; lead performance through coaching and clear expectations.
