You will support patient experience, drive retention, ensure compliance, and help grow the clinic's performance.

You will lead staff, monitor outcomes, and educate clients to align therapy plans with their wellness goals while maintaining high safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of vascular access or infusion experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV therapies and monitor treatments, ensuring client safety and comfort.
• Lead and develop clinic staff, uphold clinical standards, and manage operations.
• Drive client retention through relationship-based care and memberships.
• Educate clients on therapies, memberships, wellness services, and goals.
• Monitor engagement metrics and coordinate with care team for continuity.
