Responsibilities

• Assistance in managing the school's climate, culture and behavior programs.
• Collects and analyzes student discipline and behavior data and uses data to inform intervention strategies.
• Assists administrative team with handling student discipline issues.
• Communicates and upholds school rules, values and expectations in a clear and consistent manner, in and out of the classroom.
• Communicates with parents and students and responds to issues on a regular basis via phone, e-mail, and in-person, as needed.
• Attends professional development activities.
• Ensures regular and predictable attendance on a daily basis.
• Other duties as assigned.
