Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the school’s climate, culture and behavior programs.
• Collect and analyze student discipline and behavior data to inform interventions.
• Assist administrative team with handling student discipline issues.
• Communicate and uphold school rules and expectations with staff, students and families.
• Engage with parents and students via phone, email, and in-person as needed.
• Attend professional development activities.
• Ensure regular and predictable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
