Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an Account Assistant for our Los Angeles office. You will assist with processing applications, policies and client correspondence, while learning insurance operations under a mentoring program.

The role requires a college degree (preferred) and the ability to obtain a California Property & Casualty license within 90 days. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must obtain California Property and Casualty license within 90 days of hire
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills

Responsibilities

• Process applications, policies, endorsements, mail, binders, schedules, certificates, audits and other items for servicing client accounts
• Ensure timely, accurate invoicing and monthly expirations
• Meet quality and timeliness standards in the Agency Management System with proper documentation
• Other duties as assigned
