Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an Account Assistant in Los Angeles to support insurance operations. You will process applications, policies and endorsements, manage invoices and expirations, and document activity in the agency system, while learning insurance, finance, and marketing with an assigned mentor.

Ideal candidates have a college degree (or equivalent) and are able to obtain a California Property & Casualty license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred
• Must obtain California Property and Casualty license within 90 days of hire
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills for sensitive situations

Responsibilities

• Process applications, policies, endorsements, and related items timely and accurately.
• Ensure invoicing is accurate and expirations are managed.
• Document activity in Agency Management System and meet quality standards.
• Other duties may be assigned.
