Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college or related experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty knowledge and familiarity with agency systems.
• Sagitta or PaperWise experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients with Client Managers in ESPI Programs Division.
• Build trust with clients through proactive contact and issue resolution.
• Process Certificates of Insurance, endorsements, and loss runs.
• Educate clients on policy coverage and changes.
• Meet quality and timeliness standards in the Agency Management System.
• Assist in preparing quotes and supporting the sales process.
