Job summary

Beazley in Addison, TX seeks an Assistant Claims Manager to lead low- to mid-value claims with no major coverage issues. You will work under the Claims Product Specialist or Focus Group Leader to develop strategies, ensure timely reserves, and deliver high-quality client service to insureds and brokers.

This role emphasizes collaboration with underwriters, brokers, and service providers, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining Beazley’s standards.

Qualifications

• Past claims experience establishing liability and/or settlement resolutions.
• Knowledge of claims management process and industry regulations.
• Graduate calibre with strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage individual claims from notification to closure.
• Liaise with underwriters and brokers to review claims experience.
• Ensure reserves and records are maintained in a timely manner.
• Develop and execute claims strategies under management guidance.
• Promote Beazley’s client service excellence to insureds and brokers.
