Job summary

The Office of the Fulton County Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts seeks an Information Systems Manager to lead enterprise applications, technology operations, and business solutions across courts and justice partners.

You will supervise technical staff, manage strategic technology initiatives including AI and automation, and partner with executives to align IT with workflow needs, data integrity, and public service goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Public Administration, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise technology projects from concept through implementation and post-launch evaluation.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, decision materials, and executive status reports.
Coordinate vendors, consultants, County IT, technical staff, and operational stakeholders.
Monitor system performance, incident management, escalation, and service restoration.
Identify risks early and propose corrective actions to minimize disruption.
